Movie Review

AVM’s Ayan starring Suriya and Prabhu has taken a bumper opening all over Tamil Nadu. The movie is directed by noted cinematographer-turned-director K.V. Anand who has also penned the story and screenplay along with Subha. After having played a romantic son and a down to earth father, Suriya dons the role of an educated and intelligent smuggler in this action thriller. Harris Jayaraj has composed the music of which Nenje Nenje, Vizhi Moodi and Pala Pala are super hits already among the youth! His background score is widely being
appreciated.Tamannah plays the love interest of Suriya. Jegan, one of the most loved anchors on television is part of the cast playing Tamannah’s brother and Suriya’s friend. The movie also has Karunas, Ponvannan, Renuka and Delhi Ganesh. K.V. Anand introduces Akashdeep Saigal to Tamil cinema as Suriya’s foe. Sun Pictures had arranged for press show for Ayan on the 3rd April. Producer M.S.Guhan, Mr. Hansraj Saxena of Sun Pictures, Director K.V. Anand along with Suriya was also present. The movie is touted to be the biggest hit for Sun Pictures.
